Registration Options-Attendee

Below, please find a description of registration options.  You must register for either the
Full Conference or the Education Registration.  Registrants may purchase additional, individual Reception/Dinner tickets for Friday, January 12th and Saturday, January 13th..

Option 1: FPMA Full Registration ($399 early/$449 regular, $500 on-site) includes the following:

  • Continental Breakfast (Friday)
  • Education Sessions (CEU or Business -any of all)  
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening with Lunch (Friday)
  • PWIPM Reception (Friday)
  • Welcome Reception and Inaugural Dinner (Friday) with President's Desert Bar
  • Keynote Breakfast (Saturday)
  • Education Sessions (CEU or Business -any of all) with Lunch (Saturday)
  • Event Closing Reception and Dinner (Saturday)

Option 2: FPMA Education Registration ($175 early/$200 regular/$250 onsite)
includes the following: 

  • Education Sessions (CEU or Business – any of all) (Friday)
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening with Lunch (Friday)
  • Keynote Breakfast (Saturday)
  • Education Sessions (CEU or Business – any of all) with Lunch (Saturday)
  • Exhibit Hall Access (Friday and Saturday)

Important Deadlines

Early Bird Pricing ends on December 12th, 2017.  After that date regular pricing will apply.  Online registration will close January 5th, 2018.  After that date only on-site registrations will be permitted.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to fpmaevents@gmail.com. There will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed on all refunds.  Refund requests received by 5:00 PM EST, December 12th, 2017 will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.  Refund requests received by 5:00 PM EST, January 5th, 2018, will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after January 5th.
