GUEST ROOM RATES:
We are pleased to confirm the following rates for the 2021 FPMA Business and Operations EXPO:

ROH Rooms: $179.00

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy per night. Children under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $10 per room, per night.


 *Room Rates Quoted above are net rates and subject to prevailing taxes. The rate will be extended one (3) days prior and two (3) days following, based on availability.

 

AMENITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABILITY

  • Some hotel services may not be available or may be limited during your visit. 
  • The following services and amenities are available, but with reduced service: Complimentary Evening Social, Breakfast, On-site Restaurant(s), Pool.
  • The following services and amenities are currently not available: Concierge, Room Service, Valet Parking.

RESERVATIONS METHOD

Reservations can be made online or call 407.597.4000 and give ​Group Code "FPM".

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

CUT-OFF DATE

The special rate is valid until 5 PM on FEBRUARY 15, 2021. At that time rooms, requests made by attendees will be accepted on space and rate available basis.

CHECK-IN | CHECK-OUT

Guests may check into the Hotel after 4:00 PM.
 A valid credit card or cash deposit will be required at check-in. Complimentary luggage storage is available for those guests who arrive early or must remain after check-out time.

Guests will also be required to present a valid form of identification. Room and tax will be fully charged upon check-in. There will be no refunds for early check-outs.

Guest check-out time is before 11:00 AM. 

 

FACE COVERINGS NOW REQUIRED

In accordance with CDC guidelines, we require face coverings in all indoor public areas of our hotel for guests and Team Members. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
Hilton CleanStay builds upon Hilton’s already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene, where hospital-grade cleaning products and upgraded protocols are currently in use.   • Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that guest rooms haven’t been accessed since they were cleaned
  • Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles

  • Guest-accessible disinfecting wipes at entrances and high traffic areas
  • Enhanced cleaning for fitness centers  
  • Reduced paper amenities (like pads and guest directories) in rooms
  • Enhanced cleaning & other changes to buffets, in-room dining and meeting spaces
  • Industry-leading contactless check-in and check-out with Digital Key 
  • Enhanced Team Member safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced training and protocols
