Professional Women in Pest Management – Florida Chapter

Empowering Women. Elevating the Industry.

At Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) Florida, we believe that confident women are successful women. As an affiliate group of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), our mission is to attract, develop, and support women in Florida’s pest management industry through educational programs, professional resources, and strong peer networking.

Florida is home to some of the most dynamic and influential women in pest control—from family-owned businesses to multi-state operations. PWIPM Florida brings these professionals together to learn, connect, and lead. Both women and men are encouraged to attend PWIPM events and share their expertise. Because when we collaborate, we strengthen the entire pest management community.

PWIPM Florida also gives back to the community by supporting charitable organizations that provide local and statewide assistance to people in need.

If you’d like to get involved, attend an event, or learn more about PWIPM Florida, reach out to one of our committee members today. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive future for pest management in Florida.

"Members Get Members (MGM) is how we grow FPMA—our strongest engine isn’t advertising, it’s our own engaged members.

When you introduce a peer to FPMA, you’re not just adding a name to the roster; you’re strengthening our network, elevating our profession, and shaping the future of pest management in Florida.
"
