THE COMPASS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF TWO TRACKS
which will be launched at FPMA’s Business and Operations Expo. Expo Day 1 (March 9, 2021) will be the launch of the Tech Field Day/Helmsman Program
and Day 3 (March 11, 2021) will be the launch of the Navigator Program
The Tech Field Day/ Helmsman Program
is for technicians who want to do more than just kill bugs; they want to be part of a high-performance boots-on-the-ground team, who offers superior customer service and added-value to their company. T
he “Field” in Field Days is the hotel itself, both inside and out; from GHP-related 20-minute info bites in the kitchen, bar, hotel room, etc. to L & O- inspired bites around the grounds and parking lot. The Helmsman Program
consists of two, 45-minute classes designed to enhance any technician's ability to make superior on-the-spot decisions!
ALL CLASSROOM EXPERIENCES ON BOTH DAYS WILL BE RECORDED AND ARCHIVED UNDER THE FPMA MEMBERS-ONLY CONTENT AND WILL BE THE BEGINNING OF A BUILD-OUT TO A MUCH MORE EXTENSIVE BODY OF TRAINING AND CLASSES.
