Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced pest control professional to take on the role of Operations Manager. The role will oversee all aspects of our field staff including both pest control technicians and fumigators. They will be responsible for managing all commercial relationships, training, inventory, and hiring a growing team.

Successful candidate must have:
- 10-15+ years experience in pest control and 5+ years managing a team of staff
- Superior people management skills and relationship building
