Board of Directors

Meet the FPMA Board of Directors

The Florida Pest Management Association (FPMA) Board of Directors is made up of dedicated leaders representing pest control companies, technicians, and allied partners across Florida. Elected by our members, the board provides direction, oversight, and vision for FPMA’s advocacy, education, and industry programs. Together, they work to ensure that Florida pest control professionals have the resources, training, and support needed to succeed and grow in a competitive industry.

Guiding and Representing Florida Pest Control Professionals

The FPMA Board of Directors ensures every member’s voice is heard, shaping policies and programs that strengthen the Florida pest control industry.

Board Leadership in Action

Our board members work throughout the year to guide FPMA’s advocacy, education, and events, ensuring we serve the needs of pest management professionals statewide.

"Members Get Members (MGM) is how we grow FPMA—our strongest engine isn’t advertising, it’s our own engaged members.

When you introduce a peer to FPMA, you’re not just adding a name to the roster; you’re strengthening our network, elevating our profession, and shaping the future of pest management in Florida.
"
Paul DiLorenzo, President
