FPMA NextGen

FPMA NextGen is about preparing for what comes next—for our businesses, our people, and Florida’s pest management industry. From succession planning and business continuity to mentorship and developing future industry leaders, NextGen brings together opportunities and resources that help members plan ahead, share their experience, and strengthen the next generation of pest management professionals.

NextGen at EXPO

The UF Students NextGen Meeting at FPMA’s 2026 Business & Operations EXPO brought students and industry professionals together to connect, share experiences, and talk about the future of pest management. It was a great reminder that investing in education, mentorship, and relationships today helps build a stronger industry for tomorrow.

Planning for What’s Next

NextGen will continue to grow as a place for FPMA members to find information and opportunities related to succession planning, business continuity, mentorship, and developing future industry leaders.

"Members Get Members (MGM) is how we grow FPMA—our strongest engine isn’t advertising, it’s our own engaged members.

When you introduce a peer to FPMA, you’re not just adding a name to the roster; you’re strengthening our network, elevating our profession, and shaping the future of pest management in Florida."
Paul DiLorenzo, President
