FPMA Membership Options
FPMA offers several membership categories for pest management companies, industry partners, certified operators, professionals outside Florida, and students. Review the options below to find the membership that best fits you or your organization.
Active Member (PMP)
A licensed pest control company operating in Florida and actively engaged in the industry is eligible for Active Membership (PMP). To qualify, the company must hold a valid license under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes, as issued by the appropriate state agency.
Each registered office or branch location is entitled to one voting representative, giving your business a direct voice in shaping the future of Florida’s pest management industry.
Annual Dues: Based on the number of active JE Licenses listed with FDACS.
Allied Member
A supplier of products or services to Florida’s pest control industry is eligible to become an Allied Member. This membership is designed for businesses that support pest management professionals through equipment, technology, consulting, manufacturing, or related services.
Allied Members may:
- Attend FPMA events, including meetings, conventions, conferences, and CEU opportunities.
- Serve on FPMA committees and participate in industry discussions.
- Connect with pest management professionals statewide through networking and sponsorship opportunities.
Allied Members may not vote or hold elected office.
Annual Dues: $498
Associate Member
A duly licensed certified operator in Florida under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes is eligible to join FPMA as an Associate Member, provided they are not the license holder for a pest control company. Licensed companies must apply as Active Members (PMPs).
Associate Members may:
- Attend FPMA meetings, conferences, conventions, and educational or social events.
- Serve on FPMA groups or committees and engage with the professional community.
Associate Members may not vote or hold office within the Association.
Annual Dues: $215
Affiliate Member
An individual, PMP business, or organization located outside the state of Florida may join FPMA as an Affiliate Member. This category is designed for those who wish to stay connected to Florida’s pest control industry by exchanging information, building relationships, or coordinating action with FPMA and its members.
Affiliate Members may:
- Attend FPMA conventions, conferences, meetings, and social or educational events.
- Engage with Florida pest management professionals through networking opportunities.
Affiliate Members may not vote or hold office within the Association.
Annual Dues: $215
Student Member
Full-time students enrolled at an accredited college or university are eligible to join FPMA as Student Members. This membership is designed for those studying entomology, environmental science, pest management, or a related field who want to build connections in Florida’s pest control industry.
Student Members are encouraged to:
- Attend FPMA events, including educational conferences, meetings, and conventions.
- Network with industry professionals and explore career pathways in pest management.
Annual Dues: $35
