Conference Attendance Policy – Minors and Guests
For the safety, professionalism, and experience of all attendees, children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend conference business sessions, designated meal functions (including breakfast, lunch, receptions, or dinners), or access the exhibit hall.
All minor children on-site must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children attending the awards dinner must be accompanied by a registered conference attendee.
Spouses and guests must register for the conference ($299) to attend any meal functions, receptions, or dinner events. Unregistered guests will not be permitted access to these functions.
FPMA reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure a safe, professional, and compliant environment for all participants.
