Exhibitors that need to mail their package materials in advance of arrival:

Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through the Events office. Receiving, handling, and shipping charges may
apply. No COD packages will be accepted. The Hotel policies on safe package handling are based on advice from the United States
Postal Service (USPS) and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

SHIPPING AND STORAGE/DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIAL
Deliveries must be arranged in advance with your Convention Service Manager. Failure to confirm shipments in advance may result
in deliveries being refused. Shipments cannot be received more than five working days before arrival. Charges for shipping and
storage will be confirmed by your Convention Service Manager.
