FPMA4VETS

Mission

FPMA for Veterans (FPMA4VETS) will be committed to introducing the amazing job opportunities found within the pest management industry to military veterans and their family members. This committee will work to provide additional resources to veterans by working with various Veteran outreach programs throughout the state. The committee will also encourage FPMA members to work with their companies to create internal Veteran committees.

Motto

Quidam Dedit Omnibus (Some Gave All) – “All gave some, some gave all” is a phrase often attributed to Korean War veteran Howard William Osterkamp. It is also a phrase commonly used on and around Memorial Day.

The FPMA4VETS committee founders chose this phrase for the committee as a reminder that we give our time, energy, and skills to the mission of this committee in remembrance of those who gave all, including their lives, for the nation they loved. It is only fitting that those of us who can still give some, do so for those brothers and sisters in arms who are still with us.

Our Forces

"Our theme for 2025, Add Value to Others to Multiply Value to Others,” encapsulates both our mission and vision.
At its core, FPMA exists to empower its members and elevate the pest management industry through connection, education, and advocacy.
Together, we can continue to foster an environment where success is shared and amplified."
