RESERVATION METHOD: 
All reservations will be made, modified, or canceled by individuals online or by calling 850-513-0313 and referencing FPMA Legislative Days. No third-party reservation services are working with FPMA to make hotel reservations for this event.

Reservations must be made on or before the cutoff date of Friday, March 7, 2025, to be eligible for the group rate.

*All guest suites are run-of-the-house unless otherwise set forth. Guest suite types cannot be guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The above rates do not include applicable state or municipal taxes, fees, or assessments. Please note the tax for occupancy tax for Tallahassee is currently five percent (5%) and the Florida State tax is seven and a half percent (7.5%).

CUT-OFF DATE: 
Any reservation requests received after 
Friday, March 7, 2025, will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis. All adjustments
and/or changes to the reservations must be made 48 hours before the booking date. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Failure to cancel an individual reservation within 48 hours before arrival or failure to show on the day of arrival will result in a charge that is equal to the first night’s stay to the credit card on file for each room reserved. Failing to call or show up before midnight after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.
