RESERVATION METHOD: 
All reservations will be made, modified, or canceled by individuals online or by calling 407-597-4000 and using our group code, "PES." No third-party reservation services are working with FPMA to make hotel reservations for this event.

Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Saturday, December 21, 2024, to be eligible for the group rate.

*All guest suites are run-of-the-house unless otherwise set forth. Guest suite types cannot be guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
GUEST SUITE RATES
The Hotel's suite rates are quoted per suite per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes at the time of check-in. Taxes are currently 13.5% but are subject to change. All suite rates are based on single/double occupancy. An additional charge of $10 plus tax per person, per night for each additional guest up to 6 maximum guests will apply.
 
  • Discounted Self-parking is $12.00 per day plus tax.
  • Complimentary in-room basic Wi-Fi.
  • Resort Fee is waived.
Rates are applicable three (3) days before and three (3) days after the Group's official meeting dates, subject to space and rate availability.

CUT-OFF DATE: 
Any reservation requests received after Saturday, December 21, 2024, will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis. 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before check-in, guest suites may not be immediately available.
 
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee of $50 per suite will apply.
